Within our 10,000 m² modern production plant, every stage of manufacturing—from design, frame processing, foam shaping, upholstery, metal and woodwork, painting, quality control, and packaging—is managed under one integrated system. This unified approach ensures maximum efficiency, consistent quality, and timely delivery for every order.
Our production line is equipped with CNC-supported automation, laser cutting systems, eco-friendly painting technologies, and advanced quality control equipment. Every single product is rigorously tested for durability, comfort, and aesthetics before leaving our factory.
